I got a bunch of rhubarb from a collegue of mine and I thought I’d make something nice. Last time I made a pie so this time I went for lemonade ( or is it syrup in english?)
What you do is: cut them up along with some strawberries and boil them in water for about 10 minutes. I added some vanilla as well. Strain it. Boil it again, this time with sugar (and lots of it). Skim it. Mix with cool water in a glas – instant summer groove!
